Conduct Clause

Scope of Services — Non-Negotiable

Maison Elise does not offer sexual orotherwise inappropriate services.

All engagements are strictly professional: modeling, refined social presence at public or private venues, editorial and commercial photography, and contracted appearances.

Maison Elise expressly does not provide, imply, advertise, or facilitate:

  • Sexual services or activities of any kind;
  • Escort, companionship, or "GFE"-style arrangements;
  • Romantic, intimate, or physical companionship;
  • Nudity outside of a fully contracted editorial commission;
  • Any conduct of an inappropriate, illegal, or coercive nature.

Inquiries suggesting otherwise will be declined, recorded, and — where appropriate — referred to the relevant authorities. This clause is not subject to negotiation under any circumstance.

01

Zero-Tolerance Harassment Clause

Maison Élise maintains an absolute zero-tolerance policy regarding harassment, intimidation, coercion, or any pressure — explicit or implicit — to engage in conduct outside the scope of the executed engagement agreement.

Any breach by a client constitutes immediate cause for termination of the engagement without refund, and entitles the model and the atelier, jointly and severally, to pursue any and all legal remedies available, including but not limited to:

  • Compensatory and punitive monetary damages;
  • Injunctive and equitable relief;
  • Pre-judgment attachment, garnishment, and seizure of assets;
  • Recovery of attorneys' fees, costs, and disbursements;
  • Public-record civil and, where warranted, criminal complaints.

Clients acknowledge that the model retains sole and absolute discretion to terminate any engagement, at any moment, for any reason consistent with personal safety or dignity, without forfeiture of any retainer paid.

02

Engagement Agreement

Each booking is documented in a written Engagement Agreement specifying: parties, dates and locations, scope of services, wardrobe and dress code, accompaniment standards, compensation, non-refundable retainer, cancellation terms, and applicable law and venue.

No engagement is confirmed until (i) the Agreement is executed by both parties, (ii) the retainer is received in cleared funds, and (iii) identity verification of the client is complete.

03

Mutual Non-Disclosure (NDA)

A Mutual NDA is executed prior to every engagement. It binds both parties to confidentiality regarding identities, communications, locations, photographs, business affairs, and any information exchanged before, during, or after the engagement.

The NDA is perpetual, survives termination of the engagement, and is enforceable by injunction without the necessity of posting bond. Liquidated damages of not less than the greater of (a) the total fees paid for the engagement or (b) USD 100,000 are stipulated per breach, in addition to actual damages and equitable relief.

04

Model Release (Photography Engagements)

For photography engagements, a Model Release is executed alongside the Engagement Agreement, defining: licensed usage (editorial, commercial, advertising, internal), territory, term, exclusivity, moral-rights reservations, and approval process for final selects.

No image may be used outside the scope expressly licensed. Unauthorized use entitles the model to immediate take-down, statutory and actual damages, and disgorgement of profits derived from the unauthorized use.

05

Vetting & Discretion

All clients are vetted prior to confirmation. The atelier reserves the right to decline any inquiry without explanation. All correspondence, identities, and engagement particulars are held in strict confidence and are accessible only to personnel with a demonstrated need to know.

06

Governing Law

Engagements are governed by the law specified in the executed Agreement. Disputes shall be resolved by confidential arbitration, save that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect confidential information, dignity, or safety.

A Closing Note

Elegance is, above all,a contract of respect.
